Wow. You are so much further along than me. Do I get bonus points for eating sea urchin raw? Because that would be the only way I could catch up. That or for 'rocky mountain oysters'.

Does anybody eat sea urchin cooked? I think it would fall apart. Some day I hope to eat it in Japan where it's supposed to actually be good.

I've had the Rocky Mountain oysters, too (in Calgary while at Westercon.)

They didn't even mention octopus, Moreton Bay bugs, kangaroo, tempeh, chicken feet, or duck tongues.

(I was surprised to find some people think *okra* is exotic.)

Interesting list. I am stealing it, er, posting one on my LJ.

A few items sent me to google and/or wikipedia, and funnily enough, I'd actually eaten some of them - in Japan or Hawai'i usually, without knowing their names.
